Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson has bought rocker Gwen Stefani’s old Los Feliz residence.
The Spanish colonial estate cost Ferguson $4.55 million. The home capitalizes on the indoor-outdoor lifestyle, with extensive patios, an outdoor fireplace, pool and spa, large windows, a quality views. The residence sports almost 5,000 square feet of living space, 4-bedrooms, 5 baths, a formal dining room, library and media room.
Stefani and her husband, musician Gavin Rossdale, owned the home from 1998-2007.
