Actress Drew Barrymore recently put her estate on the market – apparently because she was eying up aclassy duplex co-op at 830 Park Avenue in New York City. The four bedroom apartment has recently undergone a renovation and is reportedly in ‘triple mint’ condition. It features unusually large windows, a loft-like design, central air conditioning, an in-the-wall music system, beautifully refinished parquet floors, and three fireplaces. On the lower floor, there is a grand living room with high ceilings, large windows and two seating areas, each with its own fireplace, a large, windowed, eat-in kitchen, one bedroom with a full bathroom, and a laundry room. On the upper floor, the master bedroom suite encompasses a separate sitting room and spa bathroom.
The duplex was listed at $8.3 million, but it is not known what Barrymore agreed to pay for the property.
